Man accused of harassing women

CADILLAC — An Indiana man is in trouble after he allegedly accessed bank records of female television personalities in Michigan and harassed them with "lewd conversations."

State police from the Cadillac post said a 39-year-old man from Evansville was arrested in Indiana and brought to Cadillac this week to face charges of identity theft and malicious use of telecommunications.

The man is expected to be arraigned today in 84th District Court.

Police said the suspect allegedly used his position at Fifth Third Bank to access account and personal information about female television personalities in Cadillac, Grand Rapids and Evansville.

The man allegedly contacted the women and harassed them with "lewd conversations" and intimidated them with knowledge he had of their personal information, police said.
