July 2, 2004EDC launches new Web linkTRAVERSE CITY - The Traverse Bay Economic Development Corp. has rolled out a new link on its Web site to highlight various economic development agencies and programs in the area.EDC executive director Charles Blankenship said the project will enhance the ability of area agencies and local governments to keep region residents informed about area economic development activities. The new link features information about the EDC, the Traverse City Area Industrial Fund, the Northwest Michigan Council of Governments, Northwestern Michigan College and other local agencies working in economic development. The EDC will manage and update the site.
